Wild garlic and feta dip
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 200 g | feta, cut into pieces |
| 30 g | wild garlic, roughly chopped |
| 1 tbsp | milk |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 | organic lemon, use a little grated zest and 1 tbsp of juice |
| salt and pepper to taste |
How it's done
Dip
Blitz the feta in a food processor. Add the wild garlic, milk, oil, lemon zest and juice, puree for approx. 2 mins. until creamy, season.
