Christmas chocolate
Ingredients
for 550 g
500 g | dark chocolate, finely chopped |
1 tbsp | hazelnut, roasted |
1 tbsp | hazelnut, coarsely chopped |
1 tbsp | unsalted, shelled pistachios, coarsely chopped |
1 tbsp | raspberry crumble |
1 tbsp | Cocoa Nibs |
1 tbsp | dried flowers |
1 tbsp | quinoa pops |
a little | cinnamon |
How it's done
Chocolate
Place the chocolate in a thin-sided bowl and suspend over a gently simmering bain-marie; the bowl must not touch the water. Melt the chocolate and stir until smooth.
To decorate
Place all of the ingredients up to and including the quinoa pops next to each other on top of the chocolate. Sprinkle the hazelnuts and cacao nibs with cinnamon.
Chill
Chill the chocolate for approx. 1 hr. Break the chocolate into pieces, as desired.
