Puff pastry muffin canapés
Ingredients
for 18 pieces
1 | puff pastry dough, rolled into a rectangle (approx. 25 x 42 cm) |
2 tbsp | black sesame seeds |
12 slice | cured ham |
18 piece | Tomme cheese, approx. 30 g each |
9 sprig | rosemary, cut in half |
1 tbsp | liquid honey |
salt and pepper to taste |
How it's done
Dough
Roll out the dough, brush with a little water, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Turn the dough onto a sheet of baking paper, remove the upper sheet of baking paper.
Filling
Top the dough with the cured ham, cut into 18 squares. Place a piece of cheese on each square, place carefully in the prepared tin. Insert the rosemary into the cheese.
Bake for approx. 18 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C.
Remove from the oven, drizzle with honey, season, serve lukewarm.
