Earl Grey Negroni
Ingredients
for 1 glass
| 2 ½ dl | gin |
| 2 tbsp | Fine Food Bergamot Earl Grey |
| 2 cl | Campari bitter |
| 2 cl | red vermouth |
| some | ice cubes |
| 1 | organic orange, zest peeled with a peeler |
How it's done
Flavoured gin
Mix the gin with the tea leaves, cover and leave to infuse for approx. 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Sieve the gin.
Cocktail
Mix the Campari and Vermouth with 2 cl of the flavoured gin and a few ice cubes. Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour the cocktail into the glass through a fine sieve. Garnish the cocktail with the orange peel.
