Cocktail

4 ½ cl	gin
3 cl	Lillet Blanc
1 ½ cl	Suze Bitter
2 drop	Angostura Bitter
some	ice cubes

To serve

1	organic orange, a little zest peeled with a peeler
1	organic lemon, a little zest peeled with a peeler

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the gin into the glass along with all the other ingredients up to and including the ice cubes, mix well with a spoon.

To serve

Squeeze the orange and lemon zest over the cocktail, use to garnish the cocktail.
