grapefruit
150 g cream cheese with pepper
chicory, leaves removed
30 g smoked almonds, coarsely chopped

How it's done

Segment the grapefruit, retain the resulting juice, mix with the cream cheese. Spread the cream cheese in the wells of the chicory leaves. Top with the grapefruit and smoked almonds.
