Pear and air-dried beef rolls
Ingredients

75 g | cream cheese with pepper |
½ tbsp | water |
20 g | rocket, finely chopped |
2 | pears, thinly sliced |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
85 g | Bündnerfleisch (Graubünden air-dried meat) in slices |
20 g | rocket |
How it's done
Cream cheese
Combine the cream cheese and water, mix in the rocket.
Mini rolls
Mix the pears with the lemon juice, spread each slice of beef with 1 tsp of the cream cheese, top with slices of pear and a little rocket, roll up.
