Camembert and apricot bites
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 16 | walnut kernels |
| 1 sprig | rosemary, finely chopped |
| 2 sprig | sage, finely chopped |
| 1 tbsp | liquid honey |
| ¼ tsp | chilli flakes |
| ¼ tsp | sea salt |
| 60 g | Camembert, cut into pieces |
| 16 | dried apricots |
How it's done
Walnuts
Dry-roast the walnuts in a non-stick frying pan. Add the herbs, honey, chilli flakes and fleur de sel, toast alongside for approx. 2 mins. while stirring. Leave the walnuts to cool.
Bites
Scatter the Camembert and walnuts on top of the apricots.
