Raclette with chorizo and almonds
Ingredients
for 4 person
200 g | chorizo, in slices |
600 g | raclette cheese in slices |
80 g | shelled almonds, roasted |
50 g | black olives |
¾ tsp | smoked paprika |
How it's done
Chorizo
Place the chorizo slices on the grill plate of a raclette oven and fry for approx. 3 mins. on each side until crispy.
Raclette
Place the cheese slices in the raclette pans along with the chorizo, almonds and olives. Melt the cheese under the raclette grill, season with paprika.
