Raclette baguette
Ingredients
for 1 bread
1 | freshly baked baguette (approx. 125 g), cut diagonally into approx. 1 cm slices |
100 g | raclette cheese, coarsely grated |
1 | garlic clove, squeezed |
100 g | cured ham in slices, torn into pieces |
15 | sage leaves |
How it's done
Baguette
Place the baguette on a greased sheet of foil. Mix the cheese and garlic, stuff the mixture between the slices of baguette along with the cured ham and sage leaves. Wrap the baguette in the foil.
To bake
Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Open up the foil slightly so that the surface of the baguette is exposed. Bake for a further 10 mins.
