Mulled Vermouth
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 7 ½ dl | vermouth rosé |
| 2 | pears, in slices |
| 1 | organic lemon, in slices |
| 50 g | candied sugar |
| 2 sprig | thyme |
| 1 sprig | sage |
| 1 | cinnamon stick |
| 1 | star anise |
| 1 | pear, in slices |
| 4 sprig | thyme |
How it's done
Mulled Vermouth
Pour the Vermouth into a pan along with all the other ingredients up to and including the star anise, bring to just below the boil, stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat, cover and leave to infuse for approx. 10 mins.
To serve
Heat up the mulled Vermouth once more, strain, pour into glasses, decorate with the pear slices and thyme.
