Dates stuffed with cream cheese
Ingredients
for 10 pieces
125 g | plain organic cream cheese |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
¼ tsp | sea salt |
¼ tsp | pepper |
10 | Medjool dates |
1 tbsp | unsalted, chopped pistachios, roasted |
½ tbsp | liquid honey |
How it's done
Filling
Mix the cream cheese with the oil, fleur de sel and pepper until smooth.
Dates
Cut the dates open lengthwise, remove the stones and fill with the cream cheese. Sprinkle with pistachios and drizzle with honey.
