Spicy mushroom and bacon sablés
Ingredients
for 12 pieces
6 | mushrooms, cut in half |
½ tbsp | Fine Food Hot Chipotle BBQ |
12 slice | dry-cured country bacon |
12 | Fine Food Sablés au fromage |
How it's done
Mushrooms
Mix the mushrooms and BBQ sauce in a bowl, marinate for approx. 30 mins. Wrap each mushroom in a rasher of bacon, place (cut side down) on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To bake
Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C. Place the mushrooms on the sablé biscuits, serve.
