Mushrooms
mushrooms, cut in half
½ tbsp Fine Food Hot Chipotle BBQ
12 slice dry-cured country bacon
To bake
12  Fine Food Sablés au fromage

How it's done

Mushrooms

Mix the mushrooms and BBQ sauce in a bowl, marinate for approx. 30 mins. Wrap each mushroom in a rasher of bacon, place (cut side down) on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

To bake

Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C. Place the mushrooms on the sablé biscuits, serve.
