Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
4 cl vodka (e.g. Belvedere Vodka)
3 cl lemon juice
2 cl sugar syrup (e.g. Monin cane sugar sirup)
some  ice cubes
To serve
5 cl champagne (e.g. Moët & Chandon brut)
¼  organic lemon, zest peeled with a peeler

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the vodka, lemon juice and sugar syrup into the shaker. Top up the shaker with ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Fill a wine glass with ice cubes, pour the cocktail into the glass through a fine sieve.

To serve

Pour in the champagne, decorate the cocktail with lemon peel.
