Currywurst bites

Ingredients

for 12 pieces

Bites
pizza dough, rolled into a rectangle (approx. 550 g
3 tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp curry powder
2 tbsp ketchup
St. Gallen veal bratwurst, cut into approx. 2 cm pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
Dip
60 g ketchup
20 g tomato puree
½ tsp curry powder

How it's done

Bites

Roll out the dough, cover with tomato puree, sprinkle with curry powder. Cut out circles (each approx. 8 cm in diameter). Add a little ketchup and one piece of sausage in the middle of each circle. Fold the dough over the sausage, press down firmly, place seam-side down on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with oil.

To bake

Approx. 30 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C.

Dip

Mix the ketchup, tomato puree and curry powder. Serve the dip with the bites.
