Honey and mustard pretzel snack
Ingredients
for 4 person
5 tbsp | mustard |
5 tbsp | sunflower oil |
3 tbsp | liquid honey |
1 tbsp | garlic powder |
2 | lye rolls (approx. 200 g), cut into cubes, dried |
How it's done
Pretzels
Combine the mustard, oil, honey and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix in the bread, leave to absorb for approx. 10 mins., spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To bake
Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove from the oven, leave to cool on the tray.
