Spicy chorizo and mango dip with bread sticks
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 1 tbsp | butter |
| 60 g | chorizo, cut into cubes |
| 1 | shallot, finely chopped |
| 1 ½ tbsp | ginger, finely chopped |
| ½ | red chilli pepper, deseeded, finely chopped |
| 1 tbsp | white balsamic vinegar |
| 1 | mango, cut into pieces |
| 1 tbsp | coriander, finely chopped |
| 200 g | Fine Food Grissini al mais stiarti a mano |
How it's done
Chorizo
Heat the butter in a pan. Sauté the chorizo, shallot, ginger and chilli pepper for approx. 5 mins. Add the balsamic and cook for approx. 1 min. Transfer the chorizo mixture to a bowl and allow to cool slightly.
Dip
Puree the mango, add to the chorizo mixture along with the coriander. Serve the bread sticks with the dip.
