Roasted carrots with quark dip
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 600 g | carrots, halved lengthwise |
| 3 tbsp | olive oil |
| 2 | garlic cloves, squeezed |
| 1 tsp | sweet paprika |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| 250 g | half-fat quark |
| 1 | garlic clove, squeezed |
| ¼ tsp | sweet paprika |
| 1 tbsp | lemon juice |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Carrots
Mix the carrots, oil, garlic, paprika and salt on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To roast
Approx. 30 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C, remove.
Dip
Combine the quark with all the other ingredients. Serve the dip with the carrots.
