Ingredients

for 300 g

Peas
400 g frozen peas, defrosted, drained
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp chilli flakes
¼ tsp salt

How it's done

Peas

Pat dry the peas, mix with the oil, garlic powder, chilli flakes and salt, transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper.

To roast

Approx. 25 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove, leave the peas to cool on the tray.
