Goat's cheese bites with thyme
Ingredients

150 g | soft goats' cheese |
60 g | smoked ham, finely chopped |
2 tbsp | thyme, finely chopped |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
¾ tsp | pepper |
1 | rolled tarte flambée dough (approx. 24 x 30 cm |
a little | water |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tbsp | thyme, finely chopped |
How it's done
Filling
Combine the goat's cheese, ham, thyme, oil and pepper.
Goat's cheese bites
Roll out the pastry dough, cut into 12 squares (each approx. 8 x 8 cm). Place the filling on the lower half of each square, brush the edges with a little water. Fold the pastry over diagonally, press the edges down firmly with a fork. Place the pastry triangles on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with a little oil, sprinkle with thyme.
To bake
Approx. 20 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C.
