Pizza baguettes
Ingredients

1 | baguette, cut in half lengthwise and crosswise |
100 g | pesto rosso (red pesto) |
50 g | chorizo, sliced |
150 g | mozzarella, torn into pieces |
How it's done
Baguettes
Brush the cut surfaces of the baguette with pesto, top with chorizo and mozzarella. Transfer the baguettes to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To bake
Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C.
