Cubed tofu appetizer
Ingredients
for 4 person
½ | organic lemon, grated zest and the juice |
3 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tsp | dried basil |
1 tsp | dried oregano |
50 g | pitted black olives, finely chopped |
½ tsp | salt |
250 g | tofu, cut into approx. 1 cm cubes |
How it's done
In a bowl, mix the lemon zest and juice with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt. Mix in the tofu. Serve straight away or cover and marinate in the fridge for approx. 1 hr.
