Chilli & honey peanuts
Ingredients
for 260 g
50 g | liquid blossom honey |
1 tsp | chilli flakes (e.g. Fine Food Chile Chipotle) |
200 g | unsalted peanuts |
1 tsp | sea salt |
How it's done
Peanuts
Heat the honey and chilli flakes in a small pan. Add the peanuts and fleur de sel, mix, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To roast
Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C, stirring the nuts once with a wooden spoon. Remove from the oven, leave to cool.
