Ingredients

for 260 g

Peanuts
50 g liquid blossom honey
1 tsp chilli flakes (e.g. Fine Food Chile Chipotle)
200 g unsalted peanuts
1 tsp sea salt

How it's done

Peanuts

Heat the honey and chilli flakes in a small pan. Add the peanuts and fleur de sel, mix, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

To roast

Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C, stirring the nuts once with a wooden spoon. Remove from the oven, leave to cool.
