Ingredients

for 4 person

Hummus
240 g edamame, peeled
lime *-*
5 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
5 tbsp water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 bunch coriander
garlic clove
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp chilli flakes

How it's done

Hummus

In a blender, puree the edamame with all the other ingredients up to and including the garlic, season. Plate up the hummus.
