Edamame hummus
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 240 g | edamame, peeled |
| 1 | lime *-* |
| 5 tbsp | tahini (sesame paste) |
| 5 tbsp | water |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 bunch | coriander |
| 1 | garlic clove |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| ½ tsp | chilli flakes |
How it's done
Hummus
In a blender, puree the edamame with all the other ingredients up to and including the garlic, season. Plate up the hummus.
