Goats' cheese and walnut tarts
Ingredients
for 6 pieces
| 1 | puff pastry dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 32 cm Ø) |
| 150 g | goats' cheese, coarsely grated |
| 75 g | walnut kernels, coarsely chopped |
| 5 sprig | thyme, leaves torn off |
| a little | sea salt |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Tarts
Unroll the puff pastry, cut out 6 circles (each approx. 12 cm in diameter), transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper and prick all over with a fork. Top with the goats' cheese, nuts and thyme, season.
To bake
Approx. 20 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove, serve the tarts while still warm.
