Ingredients

for 4 glasses

Cocktail
10  ice cubes
4 dl pineapple juice
1 dl orange juice
1 dl coconut milk
1 dl dark rum
passion fruit, pulp scooped out
¼ tsp cinnamon

How it's done

Cocktail

Place the ice cubes, pineapple juice, orange juice, coconut milk and rum in a blender, puree for approx. 30 secs. Pour the cocktail through a sieve and into the glasses, top with the passion fruit pulp and a pinch of cinnamon.
