Quark quiche slices
Ingredients
for 10 pieces
250 g | half-fat quark |
200 g | plain cottage cheese |
1 | egg, beaten |
90 g | Bündnerfleisch (Graubünden air-dried meat), cut into strips |
3 tbsp | almonds, roasted, roughly chopped |
1 tbsp | hemp pesto |
salt and pepper to taste |
1 | puff pastry dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 32 cm Ø) |
How it's done
Filling
Mix the quark with all the other ingredients up to and including the pesto, season.
Quiche
Place the pastry in the tin along with the baking paper, prick with a fork. Spread the filling on top.
To bake
Approx. 35 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, remove from the tin, cut into slices, serve lukewarm.
