Roasted broccoli bites
Ingredients
for 2 person
400 g | broccoli, cut into florets |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tbsp | Maizena cornflour |
¼ tsp | salt |
30 g | grated Parmesan |
100 g | crème fraîche |
½ bunch | chives, finely chopped |
¼ tsp | salt |
¼ tsp | pepper |
How it's done
Broccoli
Mix the broccoli, oil, cornflour and salt in a bowl, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To roast
Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C, remove. Scatter the parmesan over the broccoli, return to the oven for approx. 15 mins.
Dip
Mix the crème fraîche and chives, season, serve with the bites.
