Barbecued feta and ham sticks
Ingredients
for 8 pieces
200 g | feta, cut into strips approx. 2 cm wide |
90 | cured ham in slices |
1 tbsp | honey |
1 tsp | dried thyme |
How it's done
Sticks
Place a strip of feta on each piece of ham. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with thyme. Turn in the ends of the ham and roll up, so that the cheese is well packed in.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill
With the lid down, grill the sticks over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 4 mins. all over.
