Super-quick vegan burger
Ingredients
for 4 person
4 | burger buns, vegan |
60 g | pesto verde (green pesto), vegan |
oil, for frying | |
4 | vegan burger substitute |
100 g | roasted peppers in oil, drained |
How it's done
Buns
Toast the buns with the cut side down for approx. 1 minute. Remove, spread pesto on the cut sides.
Burgers
Heat the oil in the same pan. Brown the burgers for approx. 3 mins. on each side. Place a burger on one bun half and the grilled peppers on the other. Close the bun.
