Curried cashew nuts and rosemary roasted almonds are not just great as an aperitif but also make a wonderful gift. These homemade treats taste delicious and yet can be prepared in a flash, making them the perfect last-minute gift idea.

Ingredients

for 200 g

Rosemary roasted almonds
100 g almond
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp dried rosemary
Curried cashew nuts
100 g cashew nuts
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp curry powder

How it's done

Rosemary roasted almonds

Mix the almonds, salt, oil and rosemary in a bowl, spread on one half of a tray lined with baking paper.

Curried cashew nuts

Mix the cashew nuts, salt, coconut oil and curry in a bowl, spread on the other half of the tray lined with baking paper.

To roast

Approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C, stirring the nuts once with a wooden spoon. Remove from the oven, leave to cool.

Package in jars or tins.
