Chocolate crunch almonds
Ingredients
for 350 g
1 | egg white, beaten |
3 tbsp | chocolate powder |
2 tbsp | sugar |
300 g | shelled almonds |
1 tsp | pink peppercorns, coarsely crushed |
1 tsp | sea salt |
How it's done
Chocolate almonds
Combine the egg white, cocoa powder and sugar. Add the almonds, mix, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with pepper and Fleur de Sel.
To bake
Approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove, leave to cool, break into pieces.
