Crispy ravioli with dip
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 250 g | lentil curry ravioli lentil curry ravioli |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 | mango, cut into pieces (approx. 250 g) |
| 1 | red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped |
| 1 tbsp | apple vinegar |
| ½ tsp | mild curry powder |
| ½ tsp | salt |
How it's done
Ravioli
Mix the ravioli with the oil, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To bake
Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C.
Dip
Puree the mango, mix in the chilli and vinegar, season. Serve the dip with the baked ravioli.
