Crispy ravioli with dip

Ingredients

Ravioli
250 g lentil curry ravioli lentil curry ravioli
1 tbsp olive oil
Dip
mango, cut into pieces (approx. 250 g)
red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped
1 tbsp apple vinegar
½ tsp mild curry powder
½ tsp salt

How it's done

Ravioli

Mix the ravioli with the oil, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

To bake

Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C.

Dip

Puree the mango, mix in the chilli and vinegar, season. Serve the dip with the baked ravioli.
