Tarte flambée rolls
Ingredients
for 15 pieces
| 100 g | crème fraîche |
| 160 g | ham in slices, finely chopped |
| 2 | shallots, finely chopped |
| 1 bunch | chives, finely chopped |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 1 | rolled tarte flambée dough (approx. 24 x 30 cm) |
How it's done
Rolls
Mix the crème fraîche with the ham, shallots, chives and cornflour, season. Roll out the dough and spread the filling on top, leaving a border of approx. 1 cm all the way around. Roll up the dough from the long edge and chill for approx. 20 mins. Using a sharp knife, gently cut the roll into slices approx. 2 cm thick, transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To bake
Approx. 30 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly on a cooling rack.
