Radish snacks with salmon
Ingredients
for 20 pieces
125 g | cream cheese with horseradish |
1 | tangerine, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, grated zest and 1 tbsp of juice |
1 tbsp | chervil, finely chopped |
1 pinch | salt |
a little | pepper |
100 g | radishes, cut into slivers approx. 2 mm thick |
100 g | Smoked salmon fillet, cut into approx. 1 cm cubes |
a little | chervil, torn |
How it's done
Filling
Mix the cream cheese, tangerine juice, tangerine zest and chervil, season.
Radish snacks
Spread the cream cheese filling in the centre of the radish slices. Top with the diced salmon and chervil, fold into crescents, secure with a toothpick.
