Radish snacks with salmon

Ingredients

for 20 pieces

Filling
125 g cream cheese with horseradish
tangerine, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, grated zest and 1 tbsp of juice
1 tbsp chervil, finely chopped
1 pinch salt
a little  pepper
Radish snacks
100 g radishes, cut into slivers approx. 2 mm thick
100 g Smoked salmon fillet, cut into approx. 1 cm cubes
a little  chervil, torn

How it's done

Filling

Mix the cream cheese, tangerine juice, tangerine zest and chervil, season.

Radish snacks

Spread the cream cheese filling in the centre of the radish slices. Top with the diced salmon and chervil, fold into crescents, secure with a toothpick.
