Mini mushroom pizzas
Ingredients
for 20 pieces
oil for frying | |
300 g | mixed mushrooms (e.g. king oyster, chanterelle), chopped |
1 | garlic clove, pressed |
3 sprig | thyme, leaves torn off |
½ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
800 g | pizza dough |
150 g | grated mozzarella |
2 sprig | thyme, leaves torn off |
How it's done
Mushrooms
Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the mushrooms in batches for approx. 3 mins., then remove from the pan. Reduce the heat, add the garlic and thyme, cook for approx. 1 min., return the mushrooms to the pan, season.
Mini pizzas
Divide the dough into approx. 20 portions, shape into balls, place on two baking trays lined with baking paper, flatten a little. Top with the mushrooms, cheese and thyme.
To bake
Approx. 15 mins. in an oven preheated to 220 °C (convection).
