Crostini with grapes
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 tbsp | sugar |
| 250 g | blue and white seedless grapes, halved if necessary |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 2 tbsp | white wine vinegar |
| 400 g | rye bread, cut into 8 slices approx. 2 cm thick |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 125 g | cream cheese |
| some | tarragon leaves |
How it's done
Grapes
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the sugar, dissolve for approx. 3 mins. Sauté the grapes. Add the salt and vinegar, reduce the resulting liquid almost completely.
Crostini
Brush the bread with oil, toast the bread in batches in a non-stick frying pan for approx. 2 mins. on each side. Spread with the cream cheese, top with the grapes and tarragon leaves.
