Crostini with grapes

Ingredients

for 4 person

Grapes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sugar
250 g blue and white seedless grapes, halved if necessary
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Crostini
400 g rye bread, cut into 8 slices approx. 2 cm thick
2 tbsp olive oil
125 g cream cheese
some  tarragon leaves

How it's done

Grapes

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the sugar, dissolve for approx. 3 mins. Sauté the grapes. Add the salt and vinegar, reduce the resulting liquid almost completely.

Crostini

Brush the bread with oil, toast the bread in batches in a non-stick frying pan for approx. 2 mins. on each side. Spread with the cream cheese, top with the grapes and tarragon leaves.
