Millers bread with herbs
Ingredients
for 1 bread
500 g | millers bread flour mix |
1 bunch | thyme, finely chopped |
1 bunch | flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped |
2 | garlic clove, pressed |
3 ¼ dl | water |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
½ tsp | sea salt |
How it's done
Dough
Combine the flour mix, herbs and garlic, add the water and knead to form a soft dough. Cover the dough and leave to rise at room temperature for approx. 1 h. until doubled in size. Transfer the dough to the prepared tin, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with fleur de sel and score with a crisscross pattern.
To bake
Approx. 1 hr. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, remove from the tin and leave to cool on a rack.
