Baked peach
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 40 g | millet flakes |
| 30 g | white flour |
| 3 tbsp | sugar |
| 2 tbsp | almond, finely chopped |
| 50 g | butter, cut into pieces, cold |
| 4 | peach, halved |
| 200 g | crème fraîche |
How it's done
To stuff the peaches
Mix the millet flakes, flour, sugar and almonds in a bowl. Add the butter and rub together using your hands to form an even, crumbly mixture. Transfer the peach halves to the prepared dish. Spread the filling over the top.
To bake
Place the peaches in the cold oven and bake for approx. 30 mins. at 220°C. Serve with crème fraîche.
