Ingredients

for 4 person

To cook the pasta
350 g pasta (e.g. penne rigate)
  salted water, boiling
Sauce
2 dl full-cream milk
110 g roll of shaved Sbrinz cheese, crumbled
100 g cream cheese
80 g Lucerne cream cheese, grated
80 g Appenzeller cheese, grated
a little  pepper

How it's done

To cook the pasta

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain.

Sauce

Heat the milk in a large pan. Add the cheese, simmer while stirring until the cheese is melted. Add the pasta, mix and season.
