350 g | pasta (e.g. penne rigate) |
salted water, boiling |
2 dl | full-cream milk |
110 g | roll of shaved Sbrinz cheese, crumbled |
100 g | cream cheese |
80 g | Lucerne cream cheese, grated |
80 g | Appenzeller cheese, grated |
a little | pepper |
How it's done
To cook the pasta
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain.
Sauce
Heat the milk in a large pan. Add the cheese, simmer while stirring until the cheese is melted. Add the pasta, mix and season.
