Ingredients

for 4 person

Marinade
1 cm ginger, finely chopped
garlic clove, pressed
red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped
spring onion incl. green part, finely chopped
¼ bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
¼ bunch coriander, finely chopped
¼ tsp pepper (black)
1 tbsp liquid honey
½ tbsp cane sugar
½  lime, use only the juice
Chicken
400 g chicken drumsticks
400 g chicken thighs
Charcoal/gas/electric grill
¾ tsp salt

How it's done

Marinade

Mix the ginger with all the other ingredients up to and including the lime juice.

Chicken

Mix the chicken with the marinade in a bowl. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hrs.

Charcoal/gas/electric grill

Remove the chicken from the marinade, season with salt. Grill the chicken over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 30 mins., turn occasionally and drizzle with lime juice.
