Strawberry bowls
Ingredients
for 2 litres
7 dl | white wine |
500 g | strawberries, in slices |
250 g | raspberries |
1 dl | rhubarb syrup rhubarb syrup |
½ bunch | peppermint |
7 dl | sparkling wine |
How it's done
Bowls
Pour the wine into a large bowl. Add the berries, syrup and mint, stir. Cover and chill for at least 2 hrs. or until ready to serve. Add the sparkling wine prior to serving, then serve immediately.
