Strawberry bowls

Ingredients

for 2 litres

7 dl white wine
500 g strawberries, in slices
250 g raspberries
1 dl rhubarb syrup rhubarb syrup
½ bunch peppermint
7 dl sparkling wine

How it's done

Bowls

Pour the wine into a large bowl. Add the berries, syrup and mint, stir. Cover and chill for at least 2 hrs. or until ready to serve. Add the sparkling wine prior to serving, then serve immediately.
