Ingredients

for 300 g

Cauliflower
600 g cauliflower, cut into small florets
3 tbsp grated Parmesan
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Maizena cornflour
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt

How it's done

Cauliflower

Combine the cauliflower with the cheese, oil and Maizena and season. Spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake

Approx. 25 mins. in an oven preheated to 220 °C (convection).
