Ingredients

for 350 g

Mix
125 g salted pretzels
100 g almond
100 g pecan nut
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp ground cane sugar
2 tbsp liquid honey
½ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp cinnamon

How it's done

Mix

In a bowl, mix together salted pretzels, almonds, nuts and fleur de sel. Heat the butter, sugar, honey, cayenne pepper and cinnamon in a small pan, stirring constantly. Put the mixture in the bowl, mix, spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake

For approx. 12 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C, stir the mixture once using a wooden spoon during cooking. Remove from the oven, leave to cool.
