Crostini with tuna mousse
Ingredients
for 4 person
1 tin | white tuna in oil (approx. 80 g ) or pink tuna |
100 g | cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia) |
2 tbsp | mayonnaise |
¼ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
2 tbsp | oil, for deep-frying |
3 tbsp | capers, drained |
350 g | bread, cut into approx. 2 cm slices |
1 | onion, cut into rings |
How it's done
Tuna mousse
Combine the tuna, cream cheese and mayonnaise, season.
capers
Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the capers for approx. 3 mins., drain on kitchen towel.
Crostini
Fry the bread on both sides in the same pan. Top with the tuna mousse, onions and capers.
