Crostini with tuna mousse

Ingredients

for 4 person

Tuna mousse
1 tin white tuna in oil (approx. 80 g ) or pink tuna
100 g cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
capers
2 tbsp oil, for deep-frying
3 tbsp capers, drained
Crostini
350 g bread, cut into approx. 2 cm slices
onion, cut into rings

How it's done

Tuna mousse

Combine the tuna, cream cheese and mayonnaise, season.

capers

Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the capers for approx. 3 mins., drain on kitchen towel.

Crostini

Fry the bread on both sides in the same pan. Top with the tuna mousse, onions and capers.
