Smoothie
6 dl pomegranate juice
180 g plain yoghurt, 2 tbsp set aside
150 g frozen raspberries, slightly defrosted
1 tsp ginger, finely grated
70 g pomegranate seeds

How it's done

Smoothie

Put the pomegranate juice and all of the other ingredients up to and including the ginger into a mixer bowl, puree until smooth, cover and chill for at least 30 mins. Pour the smoothie into the glasses, stir in the pomegranate and reserved yoghurt.
