Pomegranate smoothie
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 6 dl | pomegranate juice |
| 180 g | plain yoghurt, 2 tbsp set aside |
| 150 g | frozen raspberries, slightly defrosted |
| 1 tsp | ginger, finely grated |
| 70 g | pomegranate seeds |
How it's done
Smoothie
Put the pomegranate juice and all of the other ingredients up to and including the ginger into a mixer bowl, puree until smooth, cover and chill for at least 30 mins. Pour the smoothie into the glasses, stir in the pomegranate and reserved yoghurt.
