Wrap lollies with cream cheese

Ingredients

for 20 pieces

120 g double cream cheese (e.g. Kiri)
2 tsp grated horseradish in a jar
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
wheat tortillas
80 g baby spinach
100 g smoked salmon, cut into slices
70 g dried meat (jerky), cut into slices
20  wooden skewer

How it's done

Combine the cream cheese with the horseradish, season. Spread over the tortillas. Top with the spinach, press down gently. Fill two tortillas with salmon and the rest with dried meat, roll up tightly, cut into slices, thread onto skewers.
