Wrap lollies with cream cheese
Ingredients
for 20 pieces
120 g | double cream cheese (e.g. Kiri) |
2 tsp | grated horseradish in a jar |
¼ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
4 | wheat tortillas |
80 g | baby spinach |
100 g | smoked salmon, cut into slices |
70 g | dried meat (jerky), cut into slices |
20 | wooden skewer |
How it's done
Combine the cream cheese with the horseradish, season. Spread over the tortillas. Top with the spinach, press down gently. Fill two tortillas with salmon and the rest with dried meat, roll up tightly, cut into slices, thread onto skewers.
