Ingredients

for 4 person

Blackcurrants
3 tbsp dried blackcurrants
4 tbsp water
Figs
100 g cream cheese (e.g. Boursin)
1 tsp salt
figs, cut a cross in the top of each fig
½ tbsp olive oil

How it's done

Blackcurrants

Cover and soak the blackcurrants in water for approx. 4 hrs.

Figs

Puree the cheese, blackcurrants and salt, use to stuff the figs. Drizzle with oil.

To bake

Approx. 10 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 200 °C (top heat).
