Baked figs
Ingredients
for 4 person
3 tbsp | dried blackcurrants |
4 tbsp | water |
100 g | cream cheese (e.g. Boursin) |
1 tsp | salt |
8 | figs, cut a cross in the top of each fig |
½ tbsp | olive oil |
How it's done
Blackcurrants
Cover and soak the blackcurrants in water for approx. 4 hrs.
Figs
Puree the cheese, blackcurrants and salt, use to stuff the figs. Drizzle with oil.
To bake
Approx. 10 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 200 °C (top heat).
