Stuffed cucumber rolls
Ingredients
for 20 pieces
| 60 g | dried fig, roughly chopped |
| 50 g | Mostbröckli (beef sausage) sliced, roughly chopped |
| 50 g | almond, coarsely chopped |
| ½ bunch | dill, roughly chopped |
| 200 g | cream cheese |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 1 | cucumber halved crosswise, shaved lengthwise into 3 mm slices |
How it's done
Filling
Puree the figs, sausage, almonds and dill in a food processor until smooth. Stir in the cream cheese and oil, season.
Rolls
Place approx. 1 tbsp of filling at one end of the cucumber slices, roll up tightly, secure with toothpicks if necessary.
