Stuffed cucumber rolls

Ingredients

for 20 pieces

Filling
60 g dried fig, roughly chopped
50 g Mostbröckli (beef sausage) sliced, roughly chopped
50 g almond, coarsely chopped
½ bunch dill, roughly chopped
200 g cream cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
Rolls
cucumber halved crosswise, shaved lengthwise into 3 mm slices

How it's done

Filling

Puree the figs, sausage, almonds and dill in a food processor until smooth. Stir in the cream cheese and oil, season.

Rolls

Place approx. 1 tbsp of filling at one end of the cucumber slices, roll up tightly, secure with toothpicks if necessary.
