Whole baguette sandwich
Ingredients
for 4 person
2 | chicken breasts (approx. 140 g each) |
½ tsp | curry powder |
¼ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
1 tbsp | olive oil for frying |
150 g | cream cheese, plain |
125 g | low-fat quark |
1 | organic lemon, use grated zest only |
½ tsp | salt |
1 | baguette (approx. 220 g) |
1 | carrot, coarsely grated |
30 g | Micro Greens |
salt and pepper to taste |
How it's done
Chicken breasts
Season the chicken. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the chicken breasts in the oil for approx. 3 mins. on each side. Leave to cool, cut into pieces.
Spread
Combine the cream cheese with the quark and lemon zest, season with salt.
To fill the baguette
Cut the baguette in halve lengthwise, cover the lower half with the cream cheese spread. Top with the carrot, chicken and micro greens, season. Place the other half of the baguette on top. Slice to serve.
